  1. Well, I am late to the party! I am training for my third half marathon, and it has just occured to me to listen to podcasts on my long runs! I am starting at the beginning of your series, so I’m several years behind right now, but I wanted to say that I am loving it. You guys got me through a 10 mile training run yesterday, and it went by faster than any runs ever have!! Thanks!
