  1. Thank you Sue for sharing your embarrassing moment. I have suffered from the same problem. I am way past child bearing years though and long for a solution. Kegels just don’t work for me. I would love to hear from others who may have found a solution. I recently purchased some Dear Kate’s (google them). But they are try expensive and don’t solve the problem.

  2. Hi Ladies! I particularly enjoyed this episode’s topic of Low Carb training because I have been eating this way since the end of September. I started it because I was looking for another way to fuel for races since the normal carb loading and GU/electrolyte drink combo always made my stomach funky. It has been a total game changer for me. Not only can I get by on half marathons with just water and cashews (plus some salt pills for the electrolytes), but I have also lost 40lbs!

    I was happy to hear that there are other runners out there trying it as well. Also, to Meagan – if you are still looking for Gluten free recipes and food ideas you should check out the blog Gluten Free Anna ( She has a blog that is dedicated to sharing recipes that are Gluten Free since she has celiac disease. Also, she is the co-host on The American’s Angriest Trainer podcast which is all about No Sugar No Grain (pretty much Low Carb).
