  1. Thanks again for the mention on your show!! After taking some time off this summer, though with a few 5Ks, a mud run and my first 10K intermingled here and there, I am in the midst of training for my second half marathon, the Cleveland Rock ‘n Roll Half coming up here in about a month. Training has been a lot harder this time around, mainly because of finding time in our crazy summer schedule. And last week I had to deal with a pulled muscle in my left leg…so training has been not as consistent. Hoping for a better month this month so I can pull this next half marathon off!! Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!
